This session describes several very different health career paths—some that are successful and some that still face significant challenges.

SESSION 2: Reducing Health Workforce Turnover in a Complex Health Care Environment
Round table discussion on workforce shortages, burnout, and inadequate wages for some professions make it increasingly difficult to retain qualified health care workers. This round table discussion explores strategies to reduce health workforce turnover and encourage retention.
