COVID-19 Emergency Vaccinator Polices

The Biden administration amended the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness (PREP) Act in March of 2021 to help protect different occupations from liability when administering the COVID-19 vaccine. However, state policies are still relevant in determining who is allowed to administer the vaccine and under what circumstances to avoid issues of liability.
