This webinar introduces the AWARD Network Data Compendium, a research-ready, harmonized dataset of state policies and programs affecting the direct care workforce. Presenters will provide an overview of the dataset and demonstrate its use through a study linking the dataset with 2020 NPALS data to examine the relationship between state staffing regulations, minimum wage policies, and staffing patterns in residential care communities. Attendees will learn how the Data Compendium can support workforce research and inform policy.
