Clark Ruttinger is the Interim Executive Director of the Utah Medical Education Council. In this capacity, Mr. Ruttinger tracks supply, demand and educational program data about Utah’s healthcare workforce and coordinates with stakeholders to develop modeling and usable information to better inform policy and strategic planning decisions. Clark is a past president of the National Forum for State Nursing Workforce Centers. In this capacity he co-authored the 2021 NCSBN National Nursing Sample Survey. Mr. Ruttinger has a Masters of Public Administration with emphasis in Program and Policy Evaluation. He also holds a Masters of Business Administration with a certificate in Information Systems, both from the University of Utah.
