An Analysis of Registered Nurses Who Work Outside of Patient Care in the US
HWTAC will build on previous work and continue to assess the nursing workforce using the 2022 National Sample Survey of Registered Nurses (NSSRN). This year’s project will focus on nurses who work outside of patient care and explore the reasons why nurses leave health care employment. The final product will be a report/manuscript.
