To understand the unique experiences of front-line healthcare workers in long-term care settings and identify necessary support strategies, researchers conducted in-depth qualitative interviews with workers across a variety of long-term care settings. This report assesses stress and burnout to gain insights about how long-term health care systems can best promote worker safety and well-being in times of crises.
